Primary and Secondary School ONLY
Maximum to 6 members, including 1 advisor only.

A softcopy certificate and one medal will be given. Need to pay for medal and hardcopy certificates.

Category B (UNI): University and Technical Institution Student

Early 100 Participants Registration: RM100

B1 : UiTM
Normal Fee : RM150

B2 : IPTA/IPTS/Others
Normal Fee (Local) : RM200
Normal Fee (International) : USD75

Maximum to 6 members, including maximum 2 advisors.

Category C (PRO): Academician, Industry and Professional

Academician of IHLs, Research Centres, Government Institutions, Private Institutions, Industry and others.
Maximum to 6 members.
A softcopy certificate and one medal will be given. Need to pay for extra medal and hardcopy certificates.

Payment Instruction

Please make payment before 15th August 2025 via FINEPAY only.

Participants must log in to their PIID2025 account to access the FINEPAY payment link.

Participants under Category B (University and Technical Institution Students) are eligible for the early bird rate if the designated FINEPAY link is still active. This rate is limited to the first 100 participants who have successfully registered and completed payment.

All participants must enter their Project ID in the payment form before proceeding with the payment.

All payment receipts must be submitted as proof of payment. The participants need to upload the proof of payment in PDF file through their PIID2025 account. Payment confirmation and acknowledgement will be updated in the system within two (2) weeks after verification.

The Secretariat of PIID2025 is pleased to announce the Call for Jury Members for the upcoming 9th Penang International Invention, Innovation and Design (PIID2025). We warmly invite academicians, researchers, industry experts, and innovation practitioners with relevant experience and a passion for innovation to join us as jury members for this prestigious event.

Jury Responsibilities

Evaluate submitted projects using a standardised assessment rubric

Uphold fairness, professionalism, and transparency during judging

Attend a mandatory jury briefing and participate in online evaluation sessions
